Suddenly, unexpectedly, I’ve
become interested in art.
From creating many images
with AI Image Generators,
and using various art genres,
I developed an appreciation.
For example, yesterday I
learned about Gauguin.
Originally an impressionist
but started his own style.
Limited fame in his lifetime,
lauded after his death.
Times of plenty of money,
times close to poverty.
But a true artist to the
end of his complex life.

When she reached age 77, her love
had gone out of her.

Maybe it was biological, her essence
dried up.

Maybe she had just given up on finding
lasting love.

I felt my love could have enlivened her
and revived her life.

But, alas, she didn’t see it that way,
preferred to play with her grandchildren.

More’s the pity for me and for her.

Bob Boyd

Walking around self-consumed,
partly because they have to be.

Their single lives the most important
in the human sphere.

Yet, it may be their lives are insignificant,
considering there are billions of them.

That’s the way I see it, and when I see
massive crowds of humans,

they seem of no more significance than
the insects crawling beneath my feet.

Bob Boyd

Is there a higher species than humans
and more technologically advanced?

Could that species be aliens,
and are they real?

I believe they are real and far more
advanced than us.

And I don’t mean just technologically.

I think it’s conceivable that they are in
higher states of consciousness too.

And I wouldn’t be surprised if they
make contact with us soon.

Bob Boyd

What’s the point of it all,
this life we’re living?
Is it for naught or is it
for a supreme purpose?
I believe it’s evolutionary.
I believe the purpose is
the evolution of every
living thing.
I believe the end game
is drops back into the ocean,
the Oneness, the eternal
bliss consciousness.
You may believe in the
duality, you and Divinity.
But I see the end game
as non-duality, humans back
into the ocean of bliss,
transcending the dualities.

Bob Boyd

The time might be here.
The contact might be near.
We might be meeting them.
Those who might be like
brothers and sisters from
other planets.

Trump’s reveals and Spielberg’s
movie may be precursors to
the epic meeting of humans
and interplanetary beings.
Stay tuned and don’t be
surprised if what is believed
becomes manifestedly true.

You see her face and you want to be with her, to have her,
to be in love with her and her with you.
You get these imaginings that life with her would be perfect.
But, alas, the problem is you cannot see what’s behind
her beautiful face; that is, what’s in her mind.
I write from experiences and how I wish I could have
seen what was in a beautiful woman’s mind.
How I wish I could have saved myself from the dismay
and harmful illusions about her deceptive beauty.
Beauty that more than once led me harmfully astray.

Bob Boyd

Suppose the claims of life beyond death
are all imaginary and dead is just dead.
As for me, I am perfectly fine with that;
no problems, no sorrows, no torments,
the cessation of all suffering, and no
me to worry about just being dead.
As for me, I am perfectly fine with that.
And I’ve lived a long enough life.

Bob Boyd

He has asked her to marry him.
Happily she accepted his proposal.
When they were engaged for a month,
she became chronically ill.
He told her it didn’t matter,
his love for her would never die.
But a year later, he left her for
a healthy woman.
After days of torrents of tears,
she adapted to the unexpected loss.
She replaced her love for a faithless man
with love for a forever faithful God.

Most are born healthy
some are born sick
some are born beautiful
most are not
some are born into wealth
most are not
some are born poor
many are fated with misfortune
some are fated to be murdered
some live nearly untroubled lives
why this universal inequality
why not universal equality
some say it’s karma
some say it’s random
whatever the reason
why this disparity
maybe it all equals out
in the afterlife
