Some people hate rats
some have them for pets
some people hate tarantulas
some people have them for pets
some people hate snakes
some people have them for pets
if I had a gun put to my head and
I was forced to have one of them
for a pet
If I was ordered to have the spider
I’d say pull the trigger
same if I was ordered to have the snake
though I wouldn’t want a rat for
a pet
I wouldn’t die to not have it
and maybe I’d even get to like it
